Skis: I am a total beginner, first time in contact with skis
Snowboard: I am a total beginner, first time in contact with a snowboard

Skis: I can stop in snow plough, gently change the direction, control my speed, I am learning how to ride button lifts and T-bars
Snowboard: I can stop on both edges (frontside, backside), control my speed when slipping down a run, change the direction of slipping (side – slipping), I am learning how to ride button lifts and T-bars

Skis: I can easily turn in snow plough on a blue run, I can travers a blue run with my skis parallel, I ride button lifts and T-bars without a problem
Snowboard: I can easily do garlands (turn to one side only, no edge change) on a blue run on both edges, single turn on a blue run – both edges, I ride button lifts and T-bars without a problem

Skis: I can easily turn with my skis parallel on a blue run, I can travers a red run with my skis parallel, I can stop with my skis parallel – „Hockey stop“, parallel side slipping, I have ski poles, but I don´t know how to use them properly, I easily ride all the lifts
Snowboard: linked turns on a blue run, rythm change short – long turn, slight jumps between turns, basics of Freestyle on the spot, I easily ride all the lifts

Skis: I can easily turn with my skis parallel on a red run and use my poles properly, I can change the rythm  long – short turns
Snowboard: linked turns on a red run, turns in switch position (other leg as front leg) on a blue run, 180o rotation jumps between the turns, easy Freestyle tricks in movement, familiarization with off piste (Freeride)

Skis: I fluently ski down a red run in parallel turns, I manage the basics of carving, I am familiarizing myself with black runs, freeride and moguls
Snowboard: basics of carving – short and long turn, freeride is dynamic, fast and under control, I use terrain irregularities to jump and do tricks

Skis: I can easily ride down a black run in parallel turns – short and long, I manage long carved turns, freeride and moguls
Snowboard: I fluently ride down black runs, freeride terrain, I manage intermediate freestyle tricks, long carved turn is not a problem for me
